The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There were no Guest Speakers.
There were no Citizens Comments.
The Board approved the Minutes of the February 2017 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Shultz moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $3,818.59; General Funds $2,011.39, State Funds $1,807.20. Mr. Cameron seconded, motion carried.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by
Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.
The Police Report was reviewed. Mr. Shultz moved accept the report. Mr. Cameron seconded, motion carried.
The Supervisors Discussed Spring Clean Up, hoping to have it on May 5th 6th and 7th. They also discussed repairing the metal roof on the fuel shed.
There was no Unfinished Business.
New Business consisted of a discussion of which roads needed to be tarred and chipped. The roads to be surfaced are Mount Zion, Kinter Station and the town roads of Heilwood. Mr. Shultz moved to table the bid advertisement until the amounts could be discussed with the Roadmaster. Mr. Muir seconded.
Voting was tabled until next meeting.
Also under New Business was a Proclamation request from PA One Call to make the month of April 2017 “Pennsylvania 811 Safe Digging Month”. Mr. Shultz moved to accept the request. Mr. Cameron seconded. Motion passed with all Supervisors in agreement.

Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the Meeting. Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. Motion carried. The March Meeting was adjourned at 7:44 PM.
