The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.

There were no Guest Speakers.

There were no Citizens Comments.

The Board approved the Minutes of the January 2018 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $5,098.93; General Funds $3,782.42, State Funds $1,316.51. Mr. Muir seconded, motion carried.

The Police Report was reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to accept the report. Mr. Muir seconded, motion carried.

The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by
Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.

The Supervisors Discussed the outdoor lights at the township building and spring clean-up.

There was no Unfinished Business.

Under New Business, Mr. Cameron motioned to remove the current outdoor lights and replace them with LED lights. Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. Motion carried with all Supervisors in agreement.
The second order of new business was the scheduling of Spring Clean-Up for Pine Township.  Mr. Shultz felt the previous year went well and motioned to try to schedule the same dates. Mr. Muir seconded. Motion carried with all Supervisors in agreement.

There were no Public Comments

There were no Announcements.

Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the Meeting. Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. Motion carried.  The February Meeting was adjourned at 7:20 PM.
