The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz and Chris Cameron were present. Keith Muir was absent. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.

There were no Guest Speakers.

There were no Citizens Comments.

The Board approved the Minutes of the February 2018 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Shultz, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Shultz, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $ 3,694.73; General Funds $1,893.35, State Funds $1,801.38. Mr. Shultz seconded, motion carried.

The Police Report was reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved accept the report. Mr. Shultz seconded, motion carried.

The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by
Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.

Unfinished Business included a motion from Mr. Cameron to schedule spring clean-up for May 4th, 5th, and 6th, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 6 pm., Mr. Shultz seconded. Motion carried.
The second order of unfinished business was to table any decision on the out-door lights awaiting the bids.

There was no New Business.

There were no Public Comments

The Supervisors Announced spring clean-up dates.

Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the Meeting. Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. Motion carried.  The March Meeting was adjourned at 7:20 PM.
