The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.

There were no Guest Speakers.

There were no Citizens Comments.

The Board approved the Minutes of the April 2018 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $17,240.12; General Funds $17,240.12, State Funds $0. Mr. Muir seconded, motion carried.

The Police Report was reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved accept the report. Mr. Muir seconded, motion carried.

The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by
Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.

The Supervisors Discussed some repairs that were done building including a hot water tank and replacing the street lights with LED lights. The need for a new roof was also discussed.

There was no Unfinished Business

New Business consisted of motion made by Mr. Shultz to advertise for bids to rehabilitate Stiles Station Bridge. Mr. Cameron seconded the motion. Motion carried with all Supervisors in agreement.
The second order of new business was a request from the American Legion to name a bridge after a local fallen soldier, Chauncey Davis. Mr. Shultz motion to approve the request, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried with all Supervisors in agreement.

There were not any Public Comments

There were no Announcements.

Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the Meeting. Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. Motion carried.  The May Meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.
