The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz and Keith Muir were present. Chris Cameron was absent. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There were no Guest Speakers.
There were no Citizens Comments.
The Board approved the Minutes of the May 2018 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Shultz moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $ 5,719.48; General Funds $3,232.63, State Funds $2,486.85. Mr. Muir seconded, motion carried.
The Police Report was reviewed. Mr. Mr. Shultz moved accept the report. Mr. Muir seconded, motion carried.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by
Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.
The Supervisors Discussed the road work being done in the Township.
The Unfinished Business consisted of the opening and awarding of Bids to Rehabilitate the pipes running under Stiles Station. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Opening and review of Stiles Station Rehabilitation Project. The following bid were received:

North Rock Construction St. Marys, PA $64,362
Guyer Brothers, IncNew Enterprise, PA $74,800
Mr. Shultz motioned to accept the low bid from Straw Construction. Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There was no New Business.
Under Public Comments residents had some questions about abandoned and blighted properties. Mr. Shultz answered their questions, agreeing that it has become a problem in all of Pine Townships communities.
There were no Supervisors Announcements
Mr. Muir then moved to Adjourn the Meeting. Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. Motion carried. The June Meeting was adjourned at 7:20 PM.
