The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz was absent. Mr. Cameron called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.

There were no Guest Speakers.

The Board approved the Minutes of the August meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $71,444.01; General Funds $48,040.82 State Funds $23,403.19.

The August 2019 Balances being General Fund $177,107.53 and State Fund $244,077.09.
Mr. Muir seconded; motion carried.

The Police Report was reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved accept the report. Mr. Muir seconded; motion carried.

The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.

The Supervisors Discussed the new park and what kind of security would be needed. A streetlight and security cameras were discussed.

Unfinished Business consisted of final action on Ordinance 51. An ordinance for reimbursement to the Pine Township Fire Company by insurance companies. Mr. Cameron motioned to enact Ordinance 51. Mr. Muir seconded. Motion carried.

There was no New Business.

There were Public Comments once again concerning the many houses in need of maintenance. There was also a positive comment on the new Pine Township Park.

There were no Supervisors Announcements.

Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the Meeting. Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion carried.  The August Meeting was adjourned at 7:28 PM.
