PINE TOWNSHIP SUPERVISORS MEETING
February 2nd, 2020
The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz and Chris Cameron were present. Keith Muir was absent. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.

There were no Guest Speakers.

The Board approved the Minutes of the January meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Shultz, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

The Treasurer’s Reports and Timesheets were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.

Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $ 2,149.50
General Funds $2,149.50, State Funds $0.

The February Balances being General Fund $169,763.74 and State Fund $157,880.52.
Mr. Shultz seconded; motion carried.

The Police Report was reviewed. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by
Mr. Shultz. Motion carried

The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.

There was nothing Discussed by the Supervisors

There was no Unfinished Business

Under New Business Mrs. Stupic, the Township’s Tax Collector ask the Supervisors if they would pay 1/3 of the cost of new software for tax collecting. The total would be approximately $150 dollars. Mr. Shultz moved to pay for the software, Mr. Cameron seconded. Motion carried.

There were no Public Comments.

There were no Announcements.

Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the Meeting. Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. Motion carried.  The February Meeting was adjourned at 7:23 PM.
