PINE TOWNSHIP SUPERVISORS MEETING
August, 2020
The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.

There were no Guest Speakers.

The Board approved the Minutes of the July meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

The Treasurer’s Reports and Timesheets were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.

Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $7,333.69
General Funds $5,124.07, State Funds $2,209.62. Mr. Muir seconded; motion carried.
The Balances for July 3, 2020 General Fund $237,097.81and State Fund $280,581.43.

The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.

The Police Report was reviewed A motion to accept the report was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried. 

The Supervisors Discussed Fall Clean Up, Chevron’s damage to Kinter Station Bridge and the possibility of renting a boom mower.

Unfinished Business consisted of a motion to table the vote concerning the recycle bins. We are still waiting for a total price. A motion to table by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Shultz.

There was no New Business. 

There were no Public Comments. 

There were no Announcements.


Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the August Meeting. Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion carried.
  The August Meeting was adjourned at 7:20 PM.
