PINE TOWNSHIP SUPERVISORS MEETING
March 5th, 2019
​The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.

There were no Guest Speakers.

The Board approved the Minutes of the February meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

The Treasurer’s Reports and Timesheets were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.

Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $9,077.05
General Funds $6,782.75, State Funds $2,294.30. Mr. Muir seconded; motion carried.
The Balances after expenditures are General Fund $269,549.45 and State Fund $266,359.61.
 
The Police Report was reviewed A motion to accept the report was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried. 
 
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.

The Supervisors Discussed road resurfacing.

There was no Unfinished Business 

Under New Business the Supervisors received a notice that the Indiana County Board of Commissioners passed a tax resolution to waive the penalty on real estate tax for 2021. Each municipality was asked to decide if they wanted to waive penalties on Township RE taxes. 
Mr. Cameron moved to waive the penalty; Mr. Muir seconded. Resolution 030221 passed with all Supervisors in agreement. 

There were Public Comments. 

There were no Announcements.

Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the March 1st Meeting. Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion carried. The March Meeting was adjourned at 7:18 PM.
