MINUTES
PINE TOWNSHIP SUPERVISORS MEETING
 February 2022

​The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.

There were no Guest Speakers. 

The Board approved the Minutes of the January 2022 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

The Treasurer’s Reports and Timesheets were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.

Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $12,278.39
General Funds $5,950.52, State Funds $6,327.87. Mr. Muir seconded; motion carried.
The Balances after expenditures are General Fund $314,662.74 and State Fund $244,625.57
 
The Police Report was reviewed A motion to accept the report was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried. 
 
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.

The Supervisors Discussed what they were going to do with the ARPA Recovery money now that the requirements have been changed. Pine Township still have until December 2022 to spend the money but must have a project named. 

Unfinished Business concerned the ARPA Recovery Funds project. 
Mr. Cameron motioned to table to till next meeting. Mr. Shultz seconded. Motion carried.

There was no New Business. 

There were no Public Comments. 

There were no Announcements.


Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the Meeting. Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion carried. The February Meeting was adjourned at 7:25 PM.
