MINUTES
PINE TOWNSHIP SUPERVISORS MEETING
 April 4th, 2022


The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township 
Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz 
called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.

There were no Guest Speakers. 

The Board approved the Minutes of the March 7th meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

The Treasurer’s Reports and Timesheets were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.

Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $7,760.53
General Funds $2,119.63 State Funds $4,838.59. Mr. Muir seconded; motion carried.
The Balances after expenditures are General Fund $307,599.24 and State Fund $353,257.27.
 
The Police Report was reviewed A motion to accept the report was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried. 
 
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by 
Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.

The Supervisors Discussed the porch for the office entrance. They also discussed purchasing 2 new trucks and trading in the two we have now. 

Unfinished Business consisted of a check on the progress for purchasing an upstairs furnace. Mr. Shultz said he made a had a few calls, but moved to table any discussion until he received more information. Mr. Muir seconded. Motion passed with all Supervisors in agreement. 
The seconded order of unfinished business was a meeting with Indiana County Conservation District to take place April 11th, 2022. The meeting was to find out what is needed to replace the pipes on Kinter Station Road. Mr. Cameron volunteered to go and report his findings at the next meeting. Mr. Shultz moved to have Mr. Cameron attend the meeting, Mr. Muir seconded the motion.

There was no New Business. 

There were Public Comments. 

Announcements Spring Clean Up will be held May 13th, 14th, and 15th.

Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the April Meeting. Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion carried. The April Meeting was adjourned at 7:25PM.
