MINUTES
PINE TOWNSHIP SUPERVISORS MEETING
June 6th, 2022


The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.

There were not any Guest Speakers. 

The Board approved the Minutes of the May meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

The Treasurer’s Reports and Timesheets were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.

Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $8,237.65
General Funds $8,237.65, State Funds $0. Mr. Muir seconded; motion carried.
The Balances after expenditures are General Fund $389,529.10 and State Fund $353,303.73
 
The Police Report was reviewed A motion to accept the report was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried. 
 
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.

The Supervisors Discussed some of the specifics of the trucks we would like to purchase.

Unfinished Business was updates on Kinter Station and the furnace for the upper garage. Nothing has progressed. Mr. Cameron motioned to table any decisions; motion seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.

There was no New Business. 

There were no Public Comments. 

There were no Announcements 

Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the June 6th Meeting. Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion carried. The June 6th Meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.
