MINUTES
PINE TOWNSHIP SUPERVISORS MEETING
JULY 5th, 2022
​The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz and Keith Muir were present. Chris Cameron was absent. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.

There were no any Guest Speakers. 

The Board approved the Minutes of the June 2022 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Shultz, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.

The Treasurer’s Reports and Timesheets were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Shultz, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.

Bills were reviewed. Mr. Shultz moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $109.66.
General Funds $109.66, State Funds $0. Mr. Muir seconded; motion carried.
The Balances after expenditures are General Fund $477,624.77 (this includes ARPA Recovery Funds of $99,488.09) and State Fund $353,450.61.
 
The Police Report was reviewed A motion to accept the report was called for by Mr. Shultz, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried. 
 
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.

The Supervisors Discussed the porch repair and storm damage.

Unfinished Business included updates on Kinter Station. Mr. Shultz moved to contact Young Associates and hire to do permits, etc. Mr. Muir seconded. Motion carried.
We are still waiting on a total price for the furnace in the meeting room. Mr. Shultz moved to table motion. Mr. Muir seconded. Motion carried.  
 
There was no New Business. 

There we no Public Comments. 

There were no Announcements 

Mr. Shultz then moved to Adjourn the July Meeting. Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion carried. The July 5th Meeting was adjourned at 7:20 PM.
