MINUTES
PINE TOWNSHIP SUPERVISORS MEETING
August 1st, 2022


 The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz and Chris Cameron were present. Keith Muir was absent. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There were no Guest Speakers. 

The Board approved the Minutes of the July meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Shultz, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

The Treasurer’s Reports and Timesheets were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.

Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $4,881.52
General Funds $2,232.49, State Funds $2,649.03. Mr. Shultz seconded; motion carried.

The Balances after expenditures are General Fund $470,018.88 and State Fund $351,277.66
 
The Police Report was reviewed A motion to accept the report was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried. 
 
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.

The Supervisors Discussed 

Unfinished Business consisted of a proposal from Young Associates for the engineering work needed to be done for Kinter Station Bridge. Mr. Shultz motion to hire Young and Associates. Mr. Cameron seconded the Motion. Motion carried.
A motion made by Mr. Shultz to table any vote on the furnace because we are still waiting on a price. Mr. Cameron seconded. Motion carried.

There was no New Business. 

There were no Public Comments. 

There were no Announcements 

Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the August Meeting. Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. Motion carried. The August Meeting was adjourned at 7:15 PM.
