MINUTES
PINE TOWNSHIP SUPERVISORS MEETING
November 7th, 2022

​The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There was not any Guest Speakers. 

The Board approved the Minutes of the October 2022 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

The Treasurer’s Reports and Timesheets were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.

Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $17,699.84
General Funds $6,537.92, State Funds $11,161.92. Mr. Muir seconded; motion carried.
The Balances after expenditures are General Fund $568,913.63 and State Fund $338,856.87
 
The Police Report was reviewed A motion to accept the report was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried. 
 
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.

The Supervisors Discussed the need for a front-end loader.

There was no Unfinished Business

New Business consisted of a motion by Mr. Shultz to advertise the 2023 Budget. The Annual Budget Report for 2023 will be available for public inspection during regular business hours until December 5th, 2022. Mr. Cameron seconded the motion. Motion carried.
The Second Order of new business concerned Resolution 000112022. Act 57 requires all municipalities, school districts, and counties that levy a real estate tax to adopt a resolution directing their tax collector to implement the act's provisions for the tax years beginning on or after January 1st, 2023. This resolution would remove penalties from taxes that were not received by the tax payer. Mr. Muir made a motion to adopt the resolution, Mr. Cameron seconded. Motion carried with all Supervisors in agreement. 
There were no Public Comments. 
There were no Announcements 
Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the November Meeting. Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion carried. The November Meeting was adjourned at 7:40 PM.
