The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz and Chris Cameron were present. Keith Muir was absent. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance.
There were no Guest Speakers
The Board approved the Minutes of the July 2025 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports and Timesheets were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $53,920.11.
General Funds $51,562.90, State Funds $2,357.21. Mr. Shultz seconded; motion carried.
The Balances after expenditures are General Fund $353,226.46 and State Fund $564,143.60.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.
The Police Report was reviewed. A motion to accept the report and was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.
The Supervisors Discussed fall clean up. They also discussed the 2011 Ford F550 that is currently at Mike’s Auto for inspection. It needs repair work done to keep it on the road. It is getting in bad shape and should be replaced soon. The supervisors were given a copy of Montgomery Township AVT Ordinance to review.
Unfinished Business consisted of an update for the countywide new emergency services authority. No new updates. The Authority is still awaiting on approval at the state level.
New Business consisted of a motion by Mr. Cameron to schedule fall clean-up on Saturday, October 11th & Sunday, October 12th from 8 am – 5 pm. Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the August meeting. Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. Motion carried. The August meeting was adjourned at 7:22 PM.
