MINUTES
PINE TOWNSHIP SUPERVISORS MEETING
November 3, 2025

The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Keith Muir and Chris Cameron were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance.

There were no Guest Speakers 

The Board approved the Minutes of the October 2025 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

The Treasurer’s Reports and Timesheets were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $7,163.35.
General Funds $7,163.35, State Funds $0. Mr. Muir seconded; motion carried.
The Balances after expenditures are General Fund $358,050.31 and State Fund $440,838.29.
 
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried. 

The Police Report was reviewed. A motion to accept the report and was called for by Mr. Muir, 
seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried. 
 
The Supervisors Discussed the progress of the Stiles Station project and fall clean-up costs.

Unfinished Business consisted of an update for the Indiana County Municipal Services Authority https://www.futureofemsforindianaco.org. There is an ICMESA board meeting scheduled for tonight @ 6 pm. Jeff Gromley will be holding a district #4 meeting on Friday, November 7th at the Cherryhill Township office with an update for district #4.

New Business consisted of the Annual Budget Report for 2026 was presented to the Supervisors and will be available for public inspection at the township office until December 1st, 2025 during regular business or by appointment. Motion to advertise the annual budget by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.

There were no Public Comments. 

There were no Announcements 

Mr. Muir then moved to Adjourn the November meeting. Mr. Cameron seconded the motion. Motion carried. The November meeting was adjourned at 7:35 PM.
