The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz and Chris Cameron were present. Keith Muir was absent. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance.
There were no Guest Speakers
The Board approved the Minutes of the August 2025 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports and Timesheets were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $19,313.93.
General Funds $12,202.89, State Funds $7,111.04. Mr. Shultz seconded; motion carried.
The Balances after expenditures are General Fund $364,482.06 and State Fund $557,657.05.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.
The Police Report was reviewed. A motion to accept the report and was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.
The Supervisors Discussed upcoming tar & chip. Update on Stiles Station project.
Unfinished Business consisted of an update for the countywide new emergency services authority. Information regarding the New Indiana County Municipal Emergency Services Authority can be found on their website @ https://www.futureofemsforindianaco.org.
New Business consisted of a motion by Mr. Cameron to advertise for 500 tons of PennDOT approved anti-skid. Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There were no Public Comments.

Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the September meeting. Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. Motion carried. The September meeting was adjourned at 7:20 PM.
