ORDINANCE RELATING TO PERMITS FOR INDIVIDUAL AND COMMUNITY SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM IN THE TOWNSHIP OF PINE, INDIANA COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA.

The Township of Pine, Indiana County, Pennsylvania, hereby ordains as follows:

SECTION I.
No person shall install an individual or community sewage disposal system, or construct any building in Pine Township, Indiana County, Pennsylvania in which the individual or community sewage system is to be installed or replaced, without first obtaining a permit indicating that the site, plans, and specifications of such system are in compliance with the "Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act", January 24, P.L. (1965), 1966, No. 537, and the Rules and Regulations adopted pursuant to said Act. No parcel of land shall be excluded from the provisions of this Ordinance because of its size. A fee to be set each year shall be paid to the Township Administrative Officer at the time of making an application for individual or community sewage disposal system.

SECTION II
Any person who shall violate the provisions of this Ordinance or the "Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act", January 24, P.L. (1965), 1966, No. 537, shall be subject to the penalties and restraining provisions set forth in the Act.

SECTION III
This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon the enactment there of.
