ORDINANCE 36

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF PINE TOWNSHIP, INDIANA COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, RESCINDING PINE TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE NO. 35 , WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE RESTATING AND RE-ENACTING OF THE ORDINANCE OF THE PINE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS DATED FEBRUARY 7, 1994, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE AMUSEMENT TAX ORDINANCE, IN ITS ENTIRETY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED, and it is enacted and ordained by the Board of Supervisors of Pine Township, Indiana County, Pennsylvania, as follows:
Section 1. Pine Township Ordinance Number 35 duly enacted February 1, 1999, by the Board of Supervisors of Pine Township which provides for the restating and re-enacting of the ordinance of the Pine Township Board of Supervisors dated February 7, 1994, commonly known as The Amusement Tax Ordinance, is hereby rescinded in its entirety, as if the same was never enacted.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall become effective the date of adoption hereof.
ENACTED AND ORDAINED into law by the Board of Supervisors of Pine Township, Indiana County, Pennsylvania, this 6lh day of March, 2000.
